At Little Tots Preschool, our goal is to provide your little ones with the tools necessary to flourish! We believe every student is special, which is why we promote creativity and originality at our school. Unlike large daycare chains, we are able to provide the quality one-on-one attention your child needs. We pride ourselves in following enhanced ratios that help us create a small, yet effective learning environment. Our task as educators is to help your little ones discover their passions and talents by promoting an environment that engages their curiosity to learn. We provide our students with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully navigate not only their academic career but their everyday life. Little Tots Preschool implements a curriculum focused on learning through active engagement activities and leadership development.
We believe a child's prosperous education begins with their nutrition. This is why the meal options offered are an important element of our program. Your tuition includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. We plan delicious, nutritious meals for your child and attempt to introduce them to new and healthy food options. Our fruit, vegetables, and dairy products are all organic. Other menu items are either made in-house and chosen based on nutritional value. All meals are also made fresh on daily basis, including the food prepared for our infants.
A key component of our educational program for infants and toddlers is the inclusion of our Spanish immersion environment. It's never too early to begin learning a language! On the contrary, many studies have highlighted the many long-term cognitive and social benefits attributed to language acquisition at a young age. Some of the benefits include enhanced creativity and mental flexibility, improved abilities in multitasking, as well as, boosts in problem-solving, critical thinking, listening skills, memory, and concentration.
In addition, all children, infant through school-age, will receive a digital or written report of their weekly activities so parents are kept informed about each child’s day. In addition, the day’s lesson plans, activities, and other items of interest are posted on the parent bulletin board located in each classroom. Monthly classroom and school newsletters also deliver key information to parents. You are also welcome to call and/or visit us as often as you’d like to inquire about your child’s progress and adjustment.
